Is shopping on this website secure?
Absolutely! mallybibs.com features Secure Socket Layer encryption technology, which renders information unreadable if anyone should attempt to intercept it.

How do I know your online shopping is secure?
Upon check-out, look at the bottom right corner of your browser. The lock symbol indicates that you are shopping on a secure site, and any information that you enter will remain secure.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

What is your privacy policy?
Any personal information filled out on any of our online forms will be kept completely confidential. We will never share any of your information with any other party. At Mally Bibs, we believe in your privacy and in the confidentiality of the information entrusted to us.
 


DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my online purchase?

We ship orders within 24 hours of your purchase. Depending on your area, it can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. If you are in a rush, you may choose our express shipping option to have it guaranteed to be there within 5 business days. Our express option is only available to Canadian and US delivery destinations at this time.

What shipping method do you use?
Our online orders ship via Regular Post.

What is your delivery cost?
We have a flat rate of $5 for any US or Canadian orders and a flat rate of $12 for any international order. If you choose our express shipping, our flat rate is also $12.

If I buy a bib as a gift for someone else, how will they know it is from me?
All bibs are shipped with a hang tag that contains a spot where a "to:" and "from:" is entered when we fill out your order. During the checkout process you can specify the to-and-from if your purchase is being made as a gift! This way the gift-getter will always know who it is sending it to them. It's just that simple!

 

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we allow a return for full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. If you are unsatisfied over a period of time, we allow exchanges for up to 6 months of your original purchase, with a proof of purchase.

Where does the name Mally Bibs come from?
'Mally' comes from the name Malia, who at 10 months was the inspiration for the design of a better baby bib.

Do Mally Bibs stain?
No, we’ve done numerous stain tests on all colors of leather that we use. As long as you follow our care instructions, they will not stain – guaranteed!

Why should I buy the original?
Our leather bibs are not only the original, but we believe they are the best. We strive to ensure that our quality is the best that it can be, and we will only sell our products once they have passed our strict quality control testing.
