All products purchased at mallybibs.com may be returned within 60 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund, less the shipping charges. All items must be unused in order to be accepted for return or exchange, unless they are considered to be defective.

Unless they are deemed to be defective, items purchased through a Mally Bibs™ retailer must be returned or exchanged through that specific retailer, following the retailer's returns and exchange policy.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you believe you have a defective product, you may exchange it or return it for a refund at any time, and the $5.95 shipping will be waived. Please email customerservice@mallybibs.com to determine if your item may be defective.
