If you have frequented our site over the past year, you probably noticed our company name change from Mally Bibs to Mally Designs. The reason is likely obvious - we have plans to be more than just bibs! We are working on a number of product ideas, some of which have been tested through our ETSY page, and some of which have been kept top secret. Over the next few months, we plan to put some of our top secret products to the test, and are looking for some ideal candidates (approximately 5 or 6) to test our products.

An ideal Mally Designs product tester can be described as someone who:

-has a good sense of design

-enjoys trying new products

-can comfortably communicate both positive and negative points

-is already a fan, regular customer, or promoter of our products

-has 1 or more children under the age of 6

-can keep a secret

-can be relied upon to complete a simple evaluation form and submit it on time

If you fit this description, we invite you to send us a 1 sentence explanation either by commenting on this post, or by telling us on our Facebook Fan Page why you should be chosend as a Mally Designs product tester. We will choose our product testers in about 1 week, and will have new product kits available within a few weeks. Product testers will not be paid money for testing, but will get to keep all products in which they test!

Although it may seem like winter arrived in many areas a while ago, the season doesn't officially start until December 21st, and to celebrate we are running a Facebook contest, where 2 one of a kind TODDLER size snowflake bibs are up for grabs!

How to enter:

Step 1: become a fan on facebook if you are not already, and post a fan photo of a baby wearing a Mally Bib.

Step 2: tell us which color you hope to win: bubblegum or chocolate brown.

Step 3: get your friends to hit the 'like' link on your photo.

The 2 photos with the most 'likes' will win the one of a kind Snowflake bib of their color choice!

Tips:

1 - Update you Facebook status asking friends to 'like' your photo. Easily link to the fanpage by posting
@mallybibs in your status update.

2 - Send a message to your friends asking them to 'like' your photo

3 - Repeat step 1 occasionally at different times of the day so that more friends might see it.

Today is the last day before we leave for the first leg of our appropriately named 'tour de bibs'. We have scheduled 6 retail shows over the next 6 weeks, which requires us (me, Nicole, and my husband / business partner, Ron) to travel and work long hours, giving it our all, just like a marathon, for the sake of our business. Tis the season! I'm always excited going into it, and exhausted by the end of it. We are either traveling, setting up our booth, or working in our booth (for up to 12 hours a day) for all but 3 days over the next 6 weeks, so I apologize in advance if we are not looking as energetic or together as we should. Have you ever wondered what we do with our slightly imperfect bibs? Over the years some have been donated, some have been sold through our sales reps sample sales, but we have never held our own sample sale!
